EMDR Intensives

Focused Healing. Real Progress. In Less Time.

Why Choose an EMDR Intensive?

Sometimes in traditional therapy, just as you're beginning to touch the deeper material, the session ends and the momentum is lost. EMDR intensives offer an extended, uninterrupted space for:

  • Accelerated trauma processing

  • Resolution of distressing memories or life experiences

  • Support through major transitions or emotional overwhelm

  • Tuning into your body and your parts with time to listen, slow down, and integrate

This work is especially helpful for people who’ve done a lot of therapy, but still feel like something’s stuck.

Is This Right for Me?

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from an EMDR intensive. In fact, many clients who choose this path are high-functioning and insightful—but exhausted by the way old patterns keep showing up.

Intensives might be a good fit if:

  • You feel ready for change and want to make meaningful progress fast

  • You’re short on time or energy to commit to weekly therapy

  • You’re processing religious trauma, attachment wounds, or specific life events

  • You want a healing experience rooted in safety, slowness, and depth

This can also be a supportive, short-term adjunct if you already have a primary therapist.

EMDR Intensives are an opportunity to dive deep and shift old patterns that talk therapy alone may not have touched. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to move through the heart of your trauma without spending months in weekly therapy—intensives may be exactly what you're looking for.

Whether you’re navigating attachment wounds, spiritual trauma, or persistent negative beliefs that won’t let go, EMDR intensives create the time and space to process more deeply, more efficiently, and with the full presence of a therapist who gets it.

What Happens in an Intensive?

Every intensive is tailored to your needs. We begin with a thorough intake and resourcing session, followed by a half-day, full-day, or multi-day intensive experience.

You can expect a combination of:

  • EMDR reprocessing sessions

  • Somatic and nervous system regulation tools

  • Inner child or parts work

  • Integration time through movement, journaling, or creative processing

You’ll leave with tangible insights, nervous system shifts, and a clear plan for what comes next—whether that’s continuing with your current therapist or working with me for ongoing care.

All intensives include:

  • Free 20-min consult

  • 60-min pre-intensive intake session

  • Personalized plan based on your goals and history

  • 60-min post-intensive integration session

  • Optional communication with your current therapist (if you're working with someone else)
