 FAQs

  • I specialize in complex trauma, attachment wounds, and helping adults who’ve spent much of their lives feeling like they had to “hold it all together.” I often work with folks navigating people-pleasing, burnout, childhood emotional neglect, and identity exploration. I use EMDR, parts work (IFS), and nervous system-informed approaches to support deep, lasting healing.

  • Yes—fully and unapologetically. You deserve a space where your identity is affirmed and not pathologized. I strive to honor the intersections of your lived experience and hold space for the systems that have shaped your story. Therapy with me is collaborative and nonjudgmental. I will never assume I know your truth better than you do.

  • Absolutely. Whether you’re exploring new spiritual paths, recovering from religious trauma, or feeling disconnected from former beliefs, I offer a supportive space for your process. There’s no agenda—just curiosity, respect, and a belief in your capacity to define your own truth.

  • I currently offer virtual sessions only. Virtual therapy allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space while still receiving meaningful, attuned care.

  • Most clients begin with weekly sessions. This gives us a strong foundation to build safety and momentum in our work. We can always adjust frequency based on your needs and goals over time.

  • That’s completely okay. I hold space for folks who are new to therapy or feeling unsure. We’ll go at your pace. My priority is helping you feel safe, respected, and in control of your healing journey.
